How do I create the guest guide?
After creating your free account, you’ll set up your first property. Just follow the step-by-step process to add your property’s basic details (name, location, directions, house rules, etc.). From there, you can enable extra sections like Online Check-ins, FAQs, parking instructions, recommended places and others. As soon as you save changes, they appear instantly in the guest app.
How do my guests access the guide?
Each property gets a unique guest link that you can share via email, messaging apps, or booking platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com. You can also print a QR code for the property so guests can easily scan it. Guests don’t need to download an app — they access everything directly from their browser.
Can I customize the guide?
Yes! You decide which sections (widgets) to show, such as check-in details, FAQs, recommended restaurants, parking info and others. You can also adjust the style with your own photos, colors, and fonts to match your property’s look and feel.
Which languages does GuestBit support?
Right now, GuestBit supports English, Greek, German, Italian, and Turkish. Guests automatically see the guide in their preferred language. As a host, you only need to enter your content in your native language — it will be translated automatically into the other. We plan to add more languages in the future.
How does my GuestBit subscription work?
When you create your GuestBit account, you get a free 1-month trial. After that, pricing is simple — a monthly fee based on the number of properties you manage with GuestBit.
What happens after my free trial ends?
If you decide not to continue, your guest links will be deactivated. But you can activate your subscription anytime to keep everything running smoothly.
