2. Use of Service

GuestBit allows property hosts to manage information related to their rental properties and share that information with guests through a digital guest guide and related services.

3. Trial and Subscriptions

• Hosts may use GuestBit with full functionality during a trial period.
• No payment is required to start the trial.
• After the trial, hosts must subscribe to continue usage.
• Subscription fees are charged monthly based on the number of properties.
• Subscriptions can be canceled anytime via the account settings.

4. User-Generated Content

Users (guests and hosts) may submit content such as feedback, photos, property details, external links, social media profiles, reviews, house instructions, access details, Q&As, and other information.

Hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, confidentiality, and appropriateness of any content they choose to add, publish, or share through GuestBit.

Hosts are also responsible for ensuring that their use of GuestBit and any content published through GuestBit complies with applicable laws and with the terms, policies, and requirements of any third-party platform they use, including but not limited to Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia, Google, or similar services.

GuestBit does not review, monitor, validate, or guarantee that host-provided content complies with any third-party platform's rules or policies.

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access to the service if we reasonably believe such content may violate applicable laws, these Terms, or third-party platform requirements.

You retain ownership of your content but grant GuestBit a non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, and use that content as necessary to provide and improve the service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Misrepresent your identity or relationship to a property
• Interfere with the security, operation, or availability of the service
• Use GuestBit in violation of applicable laws or third-party platform policies
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that may expose GuestBit, its users, or third parties to legal, security, or operational risks.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

GuestBit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

GuestBit is not responsible for the content published by hosts or guests through the platform, nor for verifying whether such content complies with the policies or requirements of any third-party service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuestBit shall not be liable for any account restrictions, listing suspensions, listing removals, ranking changes, penalties, loss of bookings, loss of revenue, reputational damage, or any other consequences arising from a user's content, actions, or failure to comply with the policies of third-party platforms.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union legislation.
