1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GuestBit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Use of Service

GuestBit allows property hosts to manage information related to their rental property, and guests to view that information.

3. Trial and Subscriptions

Hosts may use GuestBit with full functionality during a trial period.
No payment is required to start the trial.
After the trial, hosts must subscribe to continue usage.
Subscription fees are charged monthly based on the number of properties.
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime via the account settings.

4. User-Generated Content

Users (guests and hosts) may submit content such as feedback, photos, and property details. Hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy, sensitivity, and confidentiality of any information they choose to add or publish (including house instructions, access details, Q&As, or other content shared with guests). GuestBit does not review or validate host-provided content and is not liable for any misuse, loss, or damage arising from content the host chooses to share. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it within the app.

5. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to:

Upload unlawful or harmful content
Misrepresent your identity
Interfere with the security or operation of the service

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

We provide GuestBit "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union.
